You will be verbally guided through the meditation to assist you during this quiet time.
If you move, simply notice your desire to move and come back to stillness.
A combination of verbal instruction and demonstration will be offered.
Yoga is a deeply personal practice. Each person’s shape will be unique to them and their needs in the moment.
Come as you are. Move in a manner that feels comfortable to you.
The Pause to Remember community is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
Participants are encouraged to work with a professional counselor to navigate their grief.
Pause to Remember can be used as a complement to the work a grieving mother does with their medical provider(s) and/or therapist.
